Welcome to our amphibian related web-site!

We are Niina and Joonas Gustafsson, two amphibian hobbyists from Järvenpää, Finland. We both have been interested in amphibians for 20 years. Our intrest includes both amphibians in captivity and observing amphibians in the wild. At the present time we have the largest collection of different kinds of amphibians in Finland. We have also participated in several amphibian related conservation and education projects during these years.

Our Finnish web site Sammakkolampi (Frog Pond) presenst amphibians both as pets, and as wild creatures. There is also an own section for native amphibians and reptiles of Finland (also in Finnish). This year Sammakkolampi web site celebrate its 10th anniversary.
